If a ready-to-wear piece doesn't fit, you can exchange it for another size within 7 days of delivery.
- The piece must be unworn and in its original condition.
- Exchanges are for a different size of the same piece.

Made-to-measure pieces
Bespoke pieces are cut to your own measurements, so they can't be cancelled or exchanged once made. Instead, every made-to-measure piece comes with complimentary alterations.
- If your piece needs fine-tuning when it arrives, our Colombo studio will alter it at no cost.
- For international clients, we credit local tailoring adjustments or provide a replacement fitting.
How to request an exchange or alteration

Message us on WhatsApp with your name, the piece you ordered, and the size you'd like, or what needs adjusting.

For alterations, include a photo of the fit if you can. It helps our cutter see exactly what to change.
